Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, and campaigns
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
KYC & Documentation
Collect and verify customer documents
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal bank policies
Target Achievement
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Track performance and report progress to supervisors
Market Awareness
Stay updated on bank products, interest rates, and competitor offerings
Share market feedback with the management
Customer Support Coordination
Assist customers with basic queries
