These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of loan broker services ("Services") provided by Homors Home Mortgage Consultants, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"). By using our Services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Company": Homors Home Mortgage Consultants, referred to as "we," "us," or "our."
- "Client": Any individual, organization, or entity using our Services.
- "Lender": Financial institutions or lenders offering loan products.
- "Services": Loan brokerage and related financial services provided by the Company.
2. Eligibility
Client must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into agreements. By using our Services, Client represents and warrants that they meet these criteria.
3. Scope of Services
The Company offers loan brokerage services, facilitating connections between Clients and Lenders. Our Services include providing loan information, assisting in loan applications, and offering general financial advice.
4. Financial Responsibility
- The Company does not provide loans directly. We are intermediaries connecting Clients with Lenders.
- Clients are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment conditions set by the chosen Lender.
- The Company does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or specific loan terms.
5. Client Obligations
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
- Clients must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding all documents related to the loan application.
6. Fees and Compensation
- The Company may receive a commission or fee from Lenders for successful loan applications facilitated through our Services.
- Any fees charged by the Company to the Client will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before services are rendered.
7. Confidentiality
The Company will treat all information provided by Clients as confidential and will not share it with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our Services.
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from interactions with Lenders.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UAE arbitration center.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these changes.
